Fiona Hu
Fiona is a trilingual BC Registered Clinical Counsellor with experience working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. She worked with teenagers, young adults, adults, and parents, with a focus on youth and families during her earlier years. She holds a Master’s Degree in Counselling Psychology from Adler University.
Using different approaches in the sessions, she supports the client in working with their body, mind, and emotions to integrate and reconnect with themselves. At the same time, she helps clients understand their inner emotional experiences to improve stability, improving their interpersonal relationships.
In working with different clients, including teenagers and families, she learned that every occurrence in life has meaning behind it. She focuses on experiencing life with the clients to provide a comfortable and safe place for clients to find their genuine selves.
